The Green Coat?

This outfit was inspired by my MAC Instigator lipstick, which I ended up not even wearing that day because it was just too dark all over. Although, I ended up wearing MAC Whirl lipstick. 

You can already tell, I am so obsessed with the boyfriend jeans and if I could wear them everyday, I swear I would wear it everyday. 

I honestly love Fall because I enjoy layering up and wearing all the Fall colours and dark lipsticks. The day I wore this outfit, it was a little chilly outside but I wanted to wear my green coat (which isn't suppose to keep me warm) so I had to layer up a little bit.

The Boyfriend...Jeans.

So...last Sunday I spent the day going to a park that was GORGEOUS and I have never been to. It was a beautiful day, not too cold and not too hot. I was able to go in front of the camera and have my pictures taken by a very talented sister, Shahzia. 

If you know me very well, you know I love myself a very nice black hijab with gold jewelry and I love myself some autumn colours too!

But my outfit was inspired by my love for these boyfriend jeans that I wear pretty much EVERYWHERE. You can dress them up and dress them down too. Right after the shoot, I changed into my white converse lol

Also, I had NO IDEA I was wearing everything from Forever 21 until I actually sat down and thought about where I got each piece from lol. Now you all know my love for Forever 21!

Adventurous Sunday.

I must say, today was a very productive day. Spent the day with one of my closest friend, who happens to be an amazing photographer and another friend who I just met today (both of them are amazing photographers!). We spent the day exploring this new park. It was all our first time going there and it was just beautiful, especially the different coloured trees. We spent the day taking pictures and just having a laugh. Must I say, this park was filled with dogs...and three of us just happen to be afraid of dogs. Yeah...terrifying! But the dogs were just too adorable at the same time!

After walking and taking tons of pictures, we obviously got a little hungry. So, we stopped by Hero Burgers on Queen St. E. The burger was just amazing and seriously...much...needed! Alhamduillah, for another beautiful day. Yes, that also means outfit pictures will be coming on the blog and instagram (theshanibee_) soon!

Lazy Saturday.

Today has been one of those lazy days. I woke up to the sound of rain and finally slept in...well I tried to (my sister was getting ready in my room). I have been working  almost everyday this week and work just tires me out. I work with little monsters(children), it's such a blessing and rewarding BUT tiring. There's one centre that I used to work at during summer time, where I worked with Toddlers. Every time I go there now, the kids scream, "Shaaaniiii," the moment I walk in, and in that moment, I think about how blessed I am to work with children.

It is 4:35PM and it's so dull outside. I was planning on getting some outfit pictures taken for the blog and my instagram "theshanibee_". But, stayed home instead cause of the rain. It's also getting really cold outside. One day it's warm and the next it's cold. Well, that is Canada for you. Anyways, I hope everyone is having an amazing and a very blessed Saturday!

Fall Outfit of the Day.

Fall has to be my favourite season because I love to layer up my outfit and I just love the fall colours. Here I am wearing a long sleeved black dress from Forever21 along with a khaki green coat which is also from Forever 21. Underneath that I'm wearing a furry cardigan from H&M to keep me a little warm. The boots that I am wearing are from Call it Spring and my hijab is from London, England. I kept my jewelry very simple. I wore my Guess watch, Kate Spade bracelet and a simple 3 layered necklace from Ardene.
